Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services, contact us, or when we message you via permitted channels such as email or WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Business Messaging

  • Opt‑in and Opt‑out: We contact you on WhatsApp only if you provided your number and consented to receive WhatsApp messages from us. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” in WhatsApp or emailing abdulmalik@axiom.ng. We maintain records of your consent and respect your communication preferences.
  • Message categories: We send transactional updates, service notifications, and customer support messages. Each category requires separate opt-in consent. Marketing messages require explicit prior consent.
  • Templates and 24‑hour window: We may use approved templates to initiate conversations or message outside the 24‑hour customer service window. We reply to user‑initiated messages within that window when possible.
  • Data use restrictions: We do not use or share WhatsApp data beyond what's necessary to support messaging with you. We do not request or store full payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive identifiers via WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp data is used solely for communication purposes.
  • Prohibited content: We do not use WhatsApp for: firearms, alcohol (where restricted), drugs, medical products, gambling, adult content, endangered species, hazardous materials, or cryptocurrency transactions. We do not use WhatsApp for telemedicine where prohibited.
  • Automation disclosure: When automated responses are used, we clearly indicate this at the beginning of the conversation. You have the right to request human assistance at any time.
  • Escalation paths: You can reach a human agent through multiple channels: email us at abdulmalik@axiom.ng, call our support line, or visit our website for additional support options.
  • Business transparency: Our WhatsApp Business profile contains accurate information about our business, including our official name, contact details, and business description. We operate transparently and do not misrepresent our identity or services.
  • Age restrictions: We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under 13 years of age via WhatsApp. Where applicable, we verify age for restricted content or services.
